Although Podium Energy Consultancy is below the statutory threshold requiring a Modern Slavery Statement, we believe it is important to demonstrate our commitment to ethical and responsible business practices.
Podium is fully opposed to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation in any form.
Ethical Operations
We operate our business in a manner consistent with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and support efforts to eradicate modern slavery from the renewable energy and engineering sectors.
Supply Chain Responsibility
While our supply chain is limited, we expect all suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to uphold the same zero-tolerance approach to forced labour and exploitation.
We conduct reasonable checks to ensure suppliers operate ethically and legally.
Employee & Consultant Protection
We ensure safe working conditions, fair treatment, and freedom of movement for all individuals working with or for Podium.
Reporting Mechanisms
Anyone with concerns regarding potential modern slavery risks is encouraged to report them immediately.
Reports will be investigated and acted upon appropriately.
