Our Story

Podium Energy Consultancy was founded to provide structured, reliable, and industry-leading support across the offshore wind sector.
Although the business formally began in 2023, our experience spans well over a decade, covering operations, construction, foundations, WTG installation, and the full lifecycle of offshore renewable projects.

From early work on prototype developments and major component campaigns to supporting large-scale European wind projects, Podium has built a reputation for strengthening project governance, improving operational performance, and helping teams overcome challenges at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Podium exists to offer a seamless extension to growing engineering and project organisations, delivering the clarity, structure, and expertise needed to support safe, efficient and compliant project delivery in the areas where it is needed most.
Our consultants have worked across the UK and European offshore wind markets, supporting developers, OEMs, and engineering teams on projects ranging from early feasibility to end-of-life activities.

Joe has spent over a decade working across offshore wind projects throughout the UK and Europe. His experience spans operations, construction, foundation installation, WTG campaigns, and O&M activities, supporting some of the sector’s largest OEMs and developers.
