This policy applies to all staff, consultants, contractors, and partners representing Podium.

We comply with all relevant legislation, including the UK Bribery Act 2010, and expect all individuals representing Podium to do the same.

We expect our partners, subcontractors, and suppliers to uphold similar anti-bribery standards.

We do not work with organisations known to engage in bribery or corruption.

Reporting Concerns
Any concerns or suspected violations must be reported immediately to management.
Reports will be treated confidentially and investigated appropriately.

Consequences of Non-Compliance
Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts, and reporting to legal authorities.
